SNV 数据搜集与关联分析

最全面的 SNV 数据库当属 TCGA，包含了各种组织癌症的基因表达和突变信息，另外由此衍生出了很多相关 database 和 software/pipeline（我已经觉得眼花缭乱了），这些 database 进行整理和整合，一方面会提高信息认知，另一方面也会对相关工作的信息收集起到很大的帮助作用。
